By downloading, installing, or using PrintCast, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the software.
License Grant
Boundary Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PrintCast on devices you own or control, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the software without explicit written authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the software to develop competing products or services
- Use the software or its documentation as training data for machine learning or AI systems
Free Trial
PrintCast offers a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. After the trial period, your payment method will be charged for a one-time license fee unless you cancel beforehand.
Payment and Refunds
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. If you experience technical issues that prevent the software from functioning on your system, contact support within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL BOUNDARY LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
